As part of our commitment toward our patients we are now offering a membership package to incorporate you and your family, meeting all aspects of health care at a time and a place to suit you.

As part of the membership package we offer you access to prompt appointments or telephone consultations and aim to ensure that you are able to see or speak to the doctor when you need to.   We will also provide continuity of care should further care become necessary including booking early appointments and recommending specialist consultants.

As individual patients or family units have varying needs and expectations, Dr Adams would discuss your requirements and a bespoke package of care would be developed.

Bespoke packages can also be discussed for your Business and Occupational Health requirements.

The fee is paid per anum from the date of registration  and would include:

• Personalised medical care
• The option for  family registration for 2 adults and all children under the age of 18 years.
